Coronavirus Updates

By now I believe all of us know that we need to do the following when dealing with Coronavirus.

  • Stay indoors
  • Social distancing of 6 feet
  • Use gloves when you can
  • Wash hands all the time
  • Monitor your health and temperature

Knowing where to find the correct information, as it becomes available, is just as important. The Center for Disease Control’s updates can be found at the link below.

Being aware that people with the Coronavirus can be ASYMPTOMATIC, meaning they are carrying the coronavirus but the disease has not yet incubated so no symptoms are showing (between 2-14 days without symptoms). This is a major reason to constantly be washing your hands.

Take the 20 seconds to actually wash your hands with a rich soapy later, and getting under your nails. 60% hand sanitizer can work if no hand soap is available, though it is not a replacement.

When to Seek Medical Attention

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. Emergency warning signs include*:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion or inability to arouse
  • Bluish lips or face

*This list is not all-inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning.

There are more videos through the CDC.gov/coronavirus webpage, consulting there first would be a good step for finding out more information.

The Coronavirus can be dormant for up to 72 hours on certain surfaces, so a constant cleaning regiment helps us all get back to our normal life sooner rather than later.

The world is adjusting to the virus, the sooner we all chip in, the sooner we can all get on with our lives.
